3:54 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:42 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Gregory Road.

6:05 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:34 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Lovering Heights. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, July 25

11:35 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

4:14 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Holliston Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:15 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Railroad Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, July 26

6:13 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Summer Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

7:15 AM: Mutual Aid – The UTV, Lieutenant Brian Rossini, and Firefighters Brendan Malone and Eusebio Gonzalez responded mutual aid to Milford for a Massachusetts District 14 Dive Team activation on Dilla Street.

10:51 AM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a motor vehicle crash on Winthrop Street. The individuals refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained.

1:57 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:00 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown investigated an alarm malfunction on School Street.

2:33 PM: Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown and the backup ambulance responded to an assistance call on Jerrold Street.

6:54 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Brian Rossini and Firefighter Eusebio Gonzalez, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. Care of the patient was transferred to the crew of UMass Memorial LifeFlight 1 at a landing zone secured by Engine 3, for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. An ambulance with paramedics from Millis Fire also responded to the scene and transported a second individual to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

7:16 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Holly Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Monday, July 27

12:13 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lowland Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:35 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 investigated a low-hanging wire on Gregory Road. Verizon was notified and responded.

5:42 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Alan Greendale, Engine 1 and the Rescue Team investigated an odor on Elm Street.

6:41 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:11 PM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale and the backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Water Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:31 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Fiske Pond Road.

11:44 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, July 28

9:47 AM: Medical Alarm – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Maple Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

4:08 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Ashland for a medical emergency on Moran Drive. The response was canceled prior to arrival.
