Quintin, Engine 1 and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street. The
individual denied injury; a signed waiver was obtained. Eversource Electric was also notified and
responded.
1:55 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
5:24 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated a faulty detector on
Winter Street.

Saturday, September 2
1:05 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wedgewood Drive. A
resident was transported to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.
8:08 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated a faulty detector on
Old Cart Path.
8:40 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon and the ambulance
responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. Two individuals were transported to MetroWest
Medical Center. One individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
2:55 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
4:17 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical
emergency on North Mill Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
4:36 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, EMT Paul Coffey, and an ambulance
with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Sunday, September 3
6:47 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was
transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
9:04 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated an alarm trouble on
Mayflower Landing.

9:56 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Greenview Drive.

Monday, September 4
1:56 AM: Investigation – Captain John Gagnon investigated an alarm malfunction on Ashland Street.
1:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
7:01 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, and Engines 2 and 3 investigated
an alarm activation on Pout Lane.
10:45 PM: Investigation – Captain John Gagnon investigated an electrical hazard on Fiske Street.
Eversource Electric was notified and responded.
11:27 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Concord Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
11:51 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. The individual
refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, September 5
4:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident
was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Road.

10:34 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire
responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial
Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.
1:32 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:30 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale and Ladder 1 investigated an alarm malfunction on
Prentice Street.
11:44 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The
individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
11:58 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident
was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:31 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and the ambulance responded to
a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical
Center.
