10:13 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:28 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

1:15 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

1:48 PM: Medical – Paramedic Jamie Eastman and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Mary Chris Road. The Holliston ambulance with an on-duty paramedic intercepted the Sherborn ambulance while it was transporting a resident to MetroWest Medical Center.

5:39 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:56 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Holly Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:49 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm malfunction on Avon Street.

Saturday, May 17

1:03 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:56 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter, and Captain Brian Grace investigated an alarm malfunction on Adams Street.

7:33 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a hazard on Turner Road.

9:15 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter, Captain Gagnon, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. Another individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:39 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Sunday, May 18

1:52 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:10 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a downed wire on Washington Street. Eversource was notified and responded.

11:23 AM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Holliston Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:40 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a hazard on Dorset Road.

2:01 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated unauthorized burning on Kathryn Lane. The resident was advised of the Open Burning Regulations.

6:50 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Deputy Mark Dellicker and Firefighter Alex Porter investigated a water problem on Baker Street. The Holliston DPW Water Division was notified and responded.

8:15 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:30 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Eagle Path. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

9:58 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, Engine 2, and the backup ambulance responded to an odor investigation on Regency Drive.

Monday, May 19

2:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:41 AM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Sherborn for a motor vehicle crash on Western Avenue. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:08 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Paramedic Jamie Eastman and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to a landing zone on South Street which had been secured on South Street by Deputy Alan Greendale and Engine 4. Patient care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight for air medical transported to Boston Medical Center.

3:33 PM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, May 20

3:43 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bittersweet Circle. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:52 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:05 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Sawyer Circle.

2:50 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:57 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Pilgrim Road.

4:19 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputies Alan Greendale and Mark Dellicker, Rescue 1, Engine 3, the ambulance, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ashland Street. Both ambulances transported individuals to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

5:13 PM: Investigation – Engine 3 investigated an alarm malfunction on Central Street.

5:19 PM: Assist Other Agency – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Rescue 1 assisted the Police Department on Turner Road.

6:07 PM: Medical – The UTV and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on the rail trail by Railroad Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

6:22 PM: Medical – EMT Michael Murphy and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Morgans Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:34 PM: Medical – EMT Michael Murphy, the backup ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Eagle Path. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

10:43 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Madison Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:47 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mill Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:21 AM: Assistance Call – The backup ambulance responded to an assistance call on Mill Street. 

1:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:54 PM: Medical – EMT Paul Coffey and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:46 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:08 PM: Medical – The ambulance and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Church Street. Both ambulances transported residents to Milford Regional Medical Center.
