8:41 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

9:30 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Washington Street.

12:45 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Louis Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

1:41 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to an alarm trouble on Washington Street. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

6:16 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon investigated smoke in the area of South Street.

7:35 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:35 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:19 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Whispering Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:45 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:23 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, Engine 1, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

8:13 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Sunday, October 20

1:08 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Travis Gross investigated an alarm malfunction on Sawyer Circle.

7:23 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:46 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:55 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:45 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Travis Gross, and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:33 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain John Gagnon and Firefighter Travis Gross, Engine 3, and the ambulance responded to an outside fire on Turner Road.

9:13 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Pinecrest Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:50 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. Two individuals also refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

12:52 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

1:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

1:50 PM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:35 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Wednesday, October 23

4:20 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:36 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Tracy Lyn Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:22 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:46 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 4 investigated an alarm activation on Mill Street.

3:52 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. An individual was transported to a landing zone on South Street which had been secured by Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 4. Care of the patient was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight 4 for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

5:29 PM: Structure Fire – The fire department responded to barn fire on Franklin Street. An engine from Medway Fire covered the Central Fire Station. Chiefs Zachary Ward from Sherborn Fire, Jeffrey Lynch from Medway Fire, and Angela Lawless from Maynard Fire assisted with incident management functions. 

6:12 PM: Station Coverage – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway, to cover their Milford Street fire station, while crews were committed to a structure fire on Church Square in Franklin.

7:23 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an inside odor on Noel Drive.

Thursday, October 24

7:52 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Prentice Street.

8:00 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:19 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:36 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Juniper Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:20 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Prentice Street.

6:14 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Karen Circle. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
