Friday, September 6

9:37 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a tree on a wire on Winter Street.

10:40 AM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street.  An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:49 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Johnson Drive.

4:14 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Millis for a motor vehicle crash on Union Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

Saturday, September 7

12:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Francine Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:49 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. An individual was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital.

Sunday, September 8

9:20 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. A Resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:10 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:27 AM: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Green Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:04 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Monday, September 9

1:05 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Engine 4, the ambulance, and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Prentice Street. Holliston transported one individual to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. Hopkinton transported one individual to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. One individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:44 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Wilkins Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:53 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:08 PM: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported o Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:29 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

6:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Tuesday, September 10

12:57 AM: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Central Street.

2:10 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dorset Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

9:46 AM:  Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and Engine 3 investigated an electrical hazard on Washington Street.

11:55 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Eagle Path.

1:48 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Charles Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:55 PM: Medical Alarm – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Hollis Street. The alarm activation was unintentional, and the ambulance response was cancelled prior to arrival.

5:38 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Wednesday, September 11

11:13 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 4 investigated an alarm activation on Hopping Brook Road.

11:40 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Everett Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:46 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:18 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. No EMS was required.

Thursday, September 12

1:59 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

9:11 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:19 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

8:39 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Rescue 1, Engine 3, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Norfolk Street. An individual was transported to a landing zone on Milford Street in Medway, which was secured by Medway Fire. The patient was transferred to the crew of UMass Memorial LifeFlight for transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.
