Holliston Introduces a Community Profile Promotional Video

National Campaign Highlights Town of Holliston in:

Discovering America – Great Places to Live, Work & Visit

The Town of Holliston is pleased to announce the release of its Community Profile Video, a short-form documentary-style video highlighting the best features of living and doing business in Holliston. VIEWPOINT is a series produced by Pioneer Production Services, LLC, and will be included in a national campaign to attract businesses and people relocating to the area to choose Holliston. This project is a revitalizing initiative which qualified for use of the Town’s American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, and the rights to all footage (including raw footage) belongs to the Town for future reuse.

“We hope that this video will help people learn more about Holliston and decide to live, visit or do business in Town,” said Travis Ahern, Town Administrator. “This professional production also allows us to share the footage, which includes fantastic drone shots of the Town, with local businesses that are featured or that would like to use scenic images of Holliston in their own promotional materials,” said Ahern. The Town will also work with HCAT to convert and store the footage for future use by HCAT and/or the Town.

The Community Profile Video will be posted on the Town website homepage and in a new section of the website called “Community Profile” to welcome new residents and businesses. The Town has created QR Codes linked directly to the video to easily share throughout the business community for residents shopping and visiting the Town.

  1. The video is so well done. A wonderful glimpse into the town we call home.
Thanks for reminding us to value our “village” as we plan for the future.

  2. The Senior Center is mentioned but is not shown, why was it left out of the video.

    1. It was not an intentional omission. The route taken around the Town was chosen to optimize our time with the film crew and show as much of Holliston’s character as possible, while focusing on commercial and industrial business as well. Unfortunately that route missed Goulding Street.
