At their April dinner meeting, the Holliston Lions Club welcomed two additional member to the ranks of their Melvin Jones Fellowship.
The Melvin Jones Fellowship is the highest forms of recognition given by Lions Clubs International Foundation. It honors individuals who have made significant contributions to humanitarian efforts and reflects a commitment to community service, integrity, and kindness. Individuals considered for a Melvin Jones Fellowships are members of the Holliston Lion’s Club who have distinguished themselves by outstanding devotion, demonstrating the principles of Lionism, and dedication to serving others.
For the 2024 – 2025 Lions Year, the Holliston Lions Club recognized Lions Jeff Rutter and Lion Mike McKenna for their ongoing dedication to the causes of Lions Clubs Internationl.
Jeff and Mike are active members of the Holliston Lions and they exemplify the motto of the organization which is We Serve. Congratulations to both of these outstanding Lions Clubs members and thank you for all you do for the Holliston community and for the world-wide community of Lions.
