As of this date, nearly half way through the 2024 – 2025 Lions year, the Club has donated more than $15,000 to other charitable causes. We have also committed $12,000 to supporting our graduating seniors with scholarships.
You can help make sure that our fundraising efforts for this year are successful by supporting one of our largest events. The Winning o’ the Green is a reverse raffle that helps us raise money to support our community as well as Lions charities including Eye Research and Lions Clubs International Foundation which supports disaster relief and many other causes including diabetes prevention, preventable blindness initiatives, stopping hunger initiatives, and more.
You can help us make a difference and perhaps win some cash of your own!! The grand prize for this event is $10,000 and is often split between one and five people. The best thing is you need not be present to win. If you would like to be a part of this event, please consider purchasing a ticket. Better yet, round up a group of friends, and join us for a fun night. Ticket sales close on March 13. The event will be held on March 15 at the Portuguese Club in Milford.
