A message from TOWN OF HOLLISTON
Due to drought conditions and the extended forecast, effective immediately for anyone on town water, NO outside irrigation is allowed.
Handheld watering is only permitted on specific days before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm: even street numbers – Tuesday/Thursday; odd street numbers – Wednesday/Friday.
This further restriction on outside water usage beyond the existing water ban is necessary to maintain water levels for both normal consumption and fire suppression capacity.
