March 4, 2018:

02:38AM, Vehicle check, Exchange; Officer Remkus spoke to the operator. Smoking a cigarette. Seems OK (eat a mint before you go in to meet your mother).

Crash, Central & Norfolk; residents of Ashland and Upton bump bumpers but refuse medical assistance.

March 5:

Crash with summons, 649 Washington; Oliver Lukas Aylward of Shrewsbury for OUI drugs, operating to endanger, marked line violations and speeding.

Animal incident, Highland; report of horse stuck in a fence

Animal incident, 733 Highland; car versus deer. Deer r a n n  o f t.

March 6:

Crash, Baker; Medway versus Allied Trash truck (subbing for Republic?)

Animal incident, Roberta; person walking dog was attacked by two dogs. Both owner and its dog were bit.

March 7:

Suspicious activity, Marshall Street Fields; green car parked.

Erratic driver stopped, Marked Tree; crossing double lines. Checked OK. Snow impeded progress.

Crash, Washington & Hollis; Medway car hit Holliston car. Hometown Auto called to the rescue.

9:30 PM, first of 17 calls before midnight regarding storm related trees and power lines down.

Suspicious activity, Union; caller believes someone is walking around on his roof (Santa delivering back-ordered presents?)

Crash, 1102 Highland; Ashland and Hopkinton drivers collide. One was taken to hospital.

Crash, 833 Central; car versus pole. Driver issued a summons. Hometown Auto gets another one.

March 8:

00:11 AM, first of 95 storm related calls, not including false alarms and Cole court residents with no heat alerting HPD.

Crash, 101 Summer; Framingham car. No details.

Crash, 65 Courtland; Holliston driver reports hitting a pole and a mailbox.

Crash, Railroad & Church; Minor.

March 9:

Seven storm related calls.

Complaint, Exchange; children sledding in the roadway (Darwinism at work here)

March 10:

Eight more storm related calls.

During the reporting period, 8 citations and 5 warnings were issued.  Three erratic drivers were reported.
