Crash; Central & Norfolk; three cars and a utility pole involved. Hometown Auto called.

Crash, 550 Washington (in front of HPD); Framingham driver impacts a Holliston driver. Minor

Vandalism, Ashland; During the night someone swerved right across the front lawn (possibly to avoid the boogeyman).

Traffic complaint, Marshall; report of high-speed traffic during commuter hours (how long has it been since we had such a complaint on Washington?).

Suspicious activity, Old Cart Path; report of a black sedan hitting a recycling barrel, leaving the scene and returning (do damaged recycling barrels qualify for the recycling?)

Crash with arrest, 1569 Washington; Jeffrey Anderson of Southboro ran into a law-abiding Holliston driver and was dutifully arrested by Holliston’s Finest for OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, reckless driving and possession of an open container of alcohol (“But Officer, I’m hardly under the affluence of incohol”).

Larceny, High School; stolen bag reported.

Suspicious activity, Highland; report of hose from a propane tank going into second floor window. HPD determined that the hose is connected to contractors’ air compressor.

Larceny, Woodland; report of missing jewelry.

Crash, Bertucci’s; Ashland diner spoils Hollistonian’s dining experience.

May 12:

Crash; Washington & Pleasant; Franklin and North Attleboro residents collide with possible injuries. Hometown Auto called.

May 13:

Unlucky day for 12 drivers stopped for various infractions.

During the reporting period, 32 citations and 6 warnings were issued. Two erratic drivers were reported. One was placed in the Graybar Hotel to dry out.
