On November 6, 2025, the Town of Holliston Website will transition to a new look.
While the appearance will change, accessing the site will remain the same at https://www.townofholliston.us. As with all changes, the new site will require adjusting how / where users access vital information posted to the site.
- All meeting agendas will now appear in an “Agenda Center” for each Committee,
- Mobile Viewing and an ADA Compliant color scheme have been added in the new site,
- The current “Subscribe” feature is being replaced with a “Notify Me” option. If you have subscribed to automatically receive notifications regarding meetings, events, and /or publications by Sunday, November 2nd, those will automatically transfer to the new site. After that date it will be necessary to create an account on the new site to activate the “Notify Me” feature.
- The “About Holliston” tab provides a thorough overview of our community for residents and prospective residents / businesses,
- An up-to-date list of Town departments can be found under the Departments’ tab,
- The Committees’ tab contains a listing of all current and inactive appointed and elected citizen committees,
- The “How Do I …” tab at the top right answers many common questions,
- The six round “buttons” quickly take users to the desired function / area,
- Both the Meeting and Events Calendars appear in the center of the page,
- Current News items will appear to the right of the Calendars,
- As with the current site, much of the site content can be translated into over 100 languages (bottom right dropdown list on the new site),
- The seven blue boxes beneath the Calendars are quick links to various areas of the site.
Overall, users will see and experience a new look and feel and at the same time learn new pathways to access information and interact with the Town’s online resources.
A user guide for the new site will be posted on the website in the coming weeks.
