1:13 PM: Mutual Aid – Deputy Alan Greendale and Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway to secure a landing zone at their Milford Street fire station. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

Saturday, June 6

12:09 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:38 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

1:12 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Brendan Malone, and an ambulance from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:27 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown, Engine 4 and the ambulance investigated unauthorized burning on Dunster Road.

10:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, June 7

12:28 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Francine Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

6:41 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:11 AM: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:37 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a report of a structure fire on Adams Street. The ambulance was diverted to station coverage at the Milford Street fire station.

4:46 PM: Mutual Aid – Lieutenant Brian Rossini and Firefighter Brendan Malone responded mutual aid to Southboro for a District 14 Dive Team activation on Crystal Pond Road.

Monday, June 8

12:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

1:25 5PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:37 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Ashland for a medical emergency on Joanne Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

10:20 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Tuesday, June 9

12:56 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a hazard on Sawyer Circle.

5:48 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated unauthorized burning on Washington Street.

6:21 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, June 10

7:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:32 AM: Mutual Aid – Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Brendan Malone responded mutual aid to Southboro for a District 14 Technical Rescue Team activation on Pinecone Lane.

12:54 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:31 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Chamberlain Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:42 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Stonybrook Drive.
