Hansel And Gretel – A Cautionary Tale

Local writer, Diane Nault shares another of her recent works.
The children’s story starts out innocently enough.  Two young children wandering out in the forest, dropping breadcrumbs along the path hoping to mark their way back home.  Deep in the darkness they come upon a wondrous house encrusted with sugary treats – gingerbread covers the sides; candies of all kinds tempt the children to come forward and to sample each delicious bite.  They can’t believe their good fortune!

Hear Ye, Hear Ye, Fall Town Meeting on October 18, 2021

Fall Town Meeting is October 18, 2021 at 7:30 P.M. at the High School Auditorium.
Fire Chief Michael Cassidy shares this information regarding logistics and safety protocols for those attending the meeting. “October 18 Town Meeting will look very similar to ‘pre-COVID’ town meetings at the Holliston High School (370 Hollis Street).

Citizens Police Academy Enrollment is Now Open

The Holliston Police Department has scheduled its sixth Citizen’s Police Academy for October 14th through November 18th.  The focus of this six-week academy is to educate citizens about the Holliston Police Department, its organization, operations and role in the community.
