Carol Panoff

Carol A. Panoff, 80, of Holliston, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026. Born in Uxbridge, she was the daughter of the late Alice Lemire and William Woodcock. She was the wife of 42 years to the late Lee J. Panoff.

Carol worked as a dental hygienist and later owned women’s clothing stores. She was also a talented oil painter and enjoyed painting throughout her life. Carol loved staying active. She enjoyed walking, jogging, golfing, and watching sports. She also loved traveling to Florida, going to musicals, singing, and spending time with her dogs and grand-dogs and getting them into the pool. Carol was a wonderful mom and loved her family very much. She enjoyed cooking and baking and was always happy to host the holidays. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Forge Hill, especially Harbor, for the care and kindness they showed Carol.

Carol is survived by her children, Wendi Koffinke and her husband, Bill, Tracey Martin and her husband, Chris, and Robin Parente and her husband, Darren. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Ashley, Matt, Carli, Julia, Brylee, Chris, Jason; great-grandchild, Violet; and her close, special friends, Dan Adams and Nancy Martin.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 13th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A graveside service will follow at approx 1:00 p.m. at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Uxbridge.
