Another Sold-out Oktoberfest @ the Holliston Historical Society
The Historical Society’s mission is, in part “to help enrich the life of our community by promoting historical preservation”. The community responded by buying all the seats to Oktoberfest again this year.

Library Trustees Meet
Holliston’s Library Trustees met remotely on Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
An author talk by Kate Quinn will be presented TONIGHT, Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 7 PM at the Library.

Monday, Schools are closed in observance of Diwali. In person early voting is available Monday – Saturday. Halloween celebrations are starting.
“Matilda, Jr.” Comes to Town!
On October 13,14 and 15th, the amazing 60 plus cast of Prana brought the Broadway hit Matilda to life, in its junior form. A dazzling number of children, dressed as English schoolchildren in black and white uniforms, sang and spoke their way through the story with convincing British accents.

Cars and Pancakes at the Historical Society
Father’s Day 2022 was reenacted at the Holliston Historical Society on Sunday, October 16, 2022. The original June 19, 2022, date was rained out but the desire to display collector cars and trucks on the society’s beautiful grounds is not easily discouraged.
“Our Town” Review
Come see “the greatest American play ever written,” according to playwright Edward Albee. At the upper town hall, at 7:30, next weekend both Friday 10/21 and Saturday 10/22, the Washington Street Players will be putting on a grand version of Our Town.
