Saturday, October 17th, I was lucky enough to see Prana’s production of a book that made it all the way to Broadway, Tuck Everlasting. Performed out in the parking lot of Christ the King Church, this was a non-musical version of the Broadway show. An outstanding job was done by eight teenagers portraying a family that got stuck, not tuck, in time.

Halloween is coming! With everyone concerned about the threat of EEE and our ongoing concerns about COVID19, the Holliston Lions & Community Farm have opted to not proceed with our Haunted Hay Walk. However, we want to offer a safe and fun alternative for Halloween for Holliston residents.

Civics Sunday: Special Town Meeting Date Change
The Select Board has voted to delay Special Town Meeting from the regularly scheduled date of Monday, October 26, 2020. The new date and time selected is Saturday, December 5, 2020, at 1:00p.m. at the High School Auditorium, 370 Hollis Street.
Library Trustees Meet on Stormy Night
A quorum was quickly assembled online for a remote meeting of the Library Trustees on Tuesday evening at 7, and was called to order by Chair Nancy Baron. Following the approval of the September 2 meeting minutes, the Trustees greeted Library Director, Leslie McDonnell, who presented the Director’s Report.
