Light’er Up
Friday night’s bonfire spectacular at the Community Farm is shaping up. New Year’s revelers are invited to attend the event which features food, music, and a huge bonfire.

January Programs at the Library
The Friends of the Holliston Public Library will present “Tales From the Home of the World’s Worst Weather” on Thursday, January 13, at 7 PM.
New Year’s Eve Bonfire Fundraiser at the Holliston Community Farm
The Friends of the Holliston Community Farm will sponsor a bonfire and fundraiser for the Farm on New Year’s Eve, Friday, December 31, 8:00-10:30 pm at 34 Rogers Road. The event will follow New Year’s Eve on the Rail Trail.

Early colonial settlers might be amused that 297 years later the town would have a committee called “Envisioning Future Holliston”. Their prime concern was most likely firewood and something to eat. Only a handful of families resided in town back then which was a part of Sherborn.
