New Interfaith Project to Help Ukrainian Refugees in Framingham
The Xaverian Missionaries and Metrowest Interfaith Dialogue Project announce a new initiative in collaboration with Jewish Family Services to help refugees settle in the Metrowest Boston area. The Interfaith Refugee Committee will assist Ukrainian refugees who are anticipated to arrive in the Boston area by mid-February to find lodging and set up apartments.
Bowling for Holliston Schools Next Week at PiNZ
The Holliston Education Foundation (HEF) will be holding a two-hour bowling event for groups of friends and families of the Holliston schools on Thursday January 26th. There will be two one-hour bowling sessions to choose from.

Whether you’ve recently moved to Holliston, just moved across town, or have lived in Holliston for years – Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors is a place to get to know your neighbors and give back to our great community. HNN is a not-for-profit organization that coordinates charitable, civic, and recreational events and activities. And no – you don’t have to be new to be a newcomer. There is no time limit on when you can join or for how long you can be a member.
Knights of Columbus 2022 – Year in Review
One of the core tenets of the Knight of Columbus is charitable giving: time, talents, and/or financial. The St. Mary’s Knights Council 14224 has been giving charitably to Holliston since 2007, thanks to the generosity of you: our families, friends, and neighbors; 2022 was another year of service and charity to our Church and Community.

Holliston’s 300th anniversary is coming up fast! In 2024, Holliston will celebrate the milestone by offering many ways to commemorate.

Council on Aging Holds January Meeting
The Holliston Council on Aging held its January meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2023. Chair Yvette Cain convened the meeting at 2:00pm, with the reading of the guidelines for holding public meetings with remote members participation.

The Holliston Select Board met on Monday November 7, 2022, convening at 7:01pm. Chair Ben Sparrell promised a “familiar agenda” as two main topics had been previously discussed.

News From Holliston High School
Greetings, Readers! I am currently a student at Holliston High and member of the National Honor Society. As such, I am expected to create a leadership project which demonstrates positive community interaction. I’ve chosen to write articles for the Holliston Reporter to close what I perceive as an information gap between the High School and community at large. I’ll write about HHS happenings and include interviews with club leaders, students, and others involved.
