The Friends of the Holliston Community Farm will sponsor a bonfire and fundraiser for the Farm on New Year’s Eve, Friday, December 31, 8:00-10:30 pm at 34 Rogers Road. The event will follow New Year’s Eve on the Rail Trail.

It was all quiet on a Sunday afternoon, when outside the sound of happy voices and song made us run out to see what was going on. What to our wondering ears should appear but a host of carolers serenading the neighborhood.
For the second season in a row a merry band of local golfers has converted their match wagering into a donation to the Holliston Food Pantry.

The Youth Advisory Committee met remotely on Monday (12.13.21) evening, as Chair Jennifer Liebermann opened the meeting shortly after 7 PM. Minutes from the November 2021 meeting were approved for posting. Liebermann called on interim director, Kirsten Rancourt (below photo), to present the Director’s Report.
A festive week ahead. Many Boards and Committees have meetings planned in the coming week – Zoom in when you can.
Council on Aging (CoA) chair Yvette Cain called the December meeting to order at 2:00 on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The meeting was moved from its normal second Wednesday of the month so a very successful COVID Booster clinic could be held on December 8th (more on this later).
Fatima Shrine is hosting a holiday bazaar this Saturday from 10 – 3.
The town has a lot going on this week. Check out the opportunities to participate in social, health, and government activities.
The Holliston Lions helped to brighten the holiday season in several ways this past Saturday (Nov. 27).
The Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors Thanksgiving Committees could not have done it without YOU! HNN was not only able to contribute to the Thanksgiving efforts of the Holliston Pantry Shelf’s gift cards to patrons and the Holliston Senior Center’s meals for seniors – but we were also able to contribute to helping other organizations that support the Holliston Community such as Head Start and Wayside Youth.
