This is the second half of the Holliston February sales along with the 2019-2020 sales comparison

Fifteen Holliston properties were recorded in the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds during February. The first eight are listed here. Part 2 of the monthly list will contain the remaining seven and the average monthly sales for Feb 2019 and Feb 2020.

Here is the second half of the real estate transactions recorded for Holliston in January 2020 (the 1st half was published on Feb 14). Also, included is a comparison of 2019 to 2020 sales.

To the casual observer, the quantity of For Sale and For Lease signs displayed downtown is obvious. Could it be the town’s high rental fees and/or high tax rates keep companies from doing business downtown?
