This the first in a four-part series presenting the candidate statements for citizens running for elected office on May 24th.
This week we introduce four candidates who are running unopposed for four different offices.
In the coming weeks we’ll hear from Planning Board, School Committee, Finance Committee, and Select Board candidates.
The goal is to have more informed voters on election day.

The Youth Advisory Board which oversees Holliston Youth and Family Services is seeking new membership to fill vacancies on the Board. The membership is a two 2-year term.

HFD covered the ‘normal’ calls for emergency service during this reporting period.
Several HFD personnel and pieces of equipment provided backup to Hopkinton and Ashland during the Marathon.
