2:02 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woods Crossing. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:35 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:20 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated a hazard on Temi Road.

1:25 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Windsor Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:25 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:45 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:52 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Brook Street. One individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

9:13 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:44 am: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Engine 1 investigated an electrical hazard on Regal Street.

2:02 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Sunday, October 13

12:57 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

1:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Tracy Lynn Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:54 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Kathryn Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:25 am: Structure Fire – The fire department responded to a structure fire on Concord Street. The ambulance also responded to standby at the scene.

3:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Church Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

1:18 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:34 pm: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Lakeshore Drive. The ambulance was cancelled prior to arrival.

6:34 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Mohawk Path. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:05 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm sounding on Kingsbury Drive.

5:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:05 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Winthrop Street.

8:32 pm: Assistance Call – EMT Travis Gross assisted a walk-in medical at the station.
