7:54 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

8:46 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tom Lamont and Firefighter Tyler Greenberg investigated a cooking fire on Pearl Street.

Saturday, May 2

9:37 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:31 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Stonybrook Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:51 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Sunday, May 3

8:15 AM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Fieldstone Drive. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

9:29 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:01 PM: Mutual Aid – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Williamsburg Way. A resident was transported to a landing zone at the Milford Street fire station where care was transferred to the care of Boston MedFlight 3 for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

1:14 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Tom Lamont investigated unauthorized burning on Elm Street. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

Monday, May 4

9:15 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:48 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on North Mill Street. The individuals refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained.

6:15 PM: Mutual Aid – Engine 2 responded mutual aid to Medway to provide station coverage at their Milford Street fire station, while crews were committed to a structure fire in Millis.

7:01 PM: Mutual Aid – Engine 1 responded mutual aid to Millis to provide station coverage at their Main Street fire station, while crews were committed to a structure fire on Birch Street.

9:50 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Amy Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:51 PM: Medical – An ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
