Friday, June 6
3:09 AM: Investigation – Deputy Michael Gulla investigated an alarm malfunction on Rolling Meadow
Drive.
12:34 PM: Assistance Call – The ambulance assisted a private ambulance company with transferring a
patient into a residence on Central Street.
3:33 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Engine 2 and the ambulance responded to an alarm
activation on Eagle Path.
11:08 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, June 7
12:52 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a
medical emergency on Wilkins Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
2:16 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Charles Street. No EMS was
required.
8:06 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
10:13 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Steve Garrett,
Engine 1, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was
transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
3:44 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Steve Garrett
investigated an alarm malfunction on Anna Place.
5:33 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

emergency on Hollis Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.
1:48 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Wingate Road. A resident was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
3:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency
on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston.

4:50 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain Keith McKeown, and
Engine 3 investigated an electrical hazard on Washington Street. Eversource Electric was notified and
responded.
5:36 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident
was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
5:42 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical
emergency on Mill Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
7:35 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Keith McKeown and Firefighter Steve Garrett
