4:20 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:27 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:45 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Country Road. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

Saturday, June 13

1:30 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:43 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Sunday, June 14

1:06 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Westfield Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:37 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Tyler Greenberg investigated an outside fire on Washington Street.

9:42 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:39 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:47 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Firefighter Tyler Greenberg, Paramedic Paul Weston, and an ambulance from Coastal Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:21 PM: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Rich Coughlin, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 3 investigated an alarm activation on Central Street. 

6:09 PM: Structure Fire – The department responded to a structure fire on Fiske Street. A mutual aid engine from Sherborn Fire responded to a the scene as the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT), while a mutual aid engine from Medway Fire responded to the Central Street fire station to provide station coverage.

10:14 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Rich Coughlin and Firefighter Tyler Greenberg investigated an alarm malfunction on Pondview Road.

Monday, June 15

1:09 AM: Mutual Aid – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway to provide station coverage at their Milford Street fire station while crews were committed to a structure fire in Bellingham.

8:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fieldstone Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:56 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Pearl Street.

4:58 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center. 

Tuesday, June 16

9:59 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mitchell Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

10:26 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

7:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Wednesday, June 17

12:50 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Winter Street.

9:14 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. An individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

9:28 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dunster Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:36 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 investigated downed wires on Carlton Drive. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

5:06 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Jerrold Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:15 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Captain Brian Grace, the ambulance, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Marshall Street. The individuals refused transport; two signed waivers were obtained.

7:36 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:38 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Thursday, June 18

5:31 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Jackson Drive. 

8:34 AM: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy assisted a resident with a house lockout on Highland Street.

11:12 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:57 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Persis Place. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

2:48 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Fiske Pond Road.

7:07 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale and Engine 3 investigated a hazard on Washington Street.

8:32 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 2 investigated wires arcing on Wilkins Road. Eversourec Electric was notified and responded.
