10:55 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pinecrest Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:49 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fairview Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:35 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Fieldstone Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

3:20 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Exchange Street. The driver denied injury; a signed waiver was obtained. Eversource Electric was notified for low hanging wires.

6:19 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Saturday, August 17

12:21 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:16 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Michael Quintin, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Holly Lane. A resident was transported to a landing zone on Hollis Street which had been secured by Engine 3. Care of the patient was transferred to the crew of UMass Memorial LifeFlight for transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

4:24 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded mutual aid to a medical emergency on Lovering Street in Medway. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded mutual aid to a medical emergency on Hill Street in Medway. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:34 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:04 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:54 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Michael Quintin, Ladder 1, and Engine 1 investigated an alarm activation on Fiske Street.

6:04 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer and Engine 3 investigated wires down on Fiske Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

2:48 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:27 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:11 PM: Medical – Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:56 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, Rescue 1, Engine 3, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:06 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

1:59 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Grove Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.
