10:11 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla investigated smoke in the area of Washington Street at the Sherborn town line.

10:45 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla and the ambulance responder responded to a medical emergency on Mill Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:05 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:40 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winchester Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:39 PM: Medical Alarm – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla and the ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Wingate Road. The activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

Sunday, April 6

11:52 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Monday, April 7

10:13 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Noel Drive.

10:23 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester. Two individuals refused transport; signed waivers were obtained.

12:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:27 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, April 8

9:22 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:26 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:45 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm activation on October Hill Road.

4:07 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:58 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:35 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

1:31 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Hollis Street. The alarm activation was unintentional; no EMS was required.

2:31 PM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Garett Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:15 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Thursday, April 10

6:37 AM: Medical – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Captain Shawn Connors and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pilgrim Road. An individual was transported to a landing zone off Norfolk Street which had been secured by Engine 1, where care was transferred to the crew of UMass Memorial LifeFlight for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

8:02 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Carl Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hemlock Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.
