6:20 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Gorwin Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:00 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, the ambulance, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries; signed waivers were obtained.

12:38 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:41 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale investigated smoke in the area of Highland Street. 

1:50 PM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.

7:10 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:26 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, June 1

11:35 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, the ambulance, and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Adams Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:55 AM: Medical – Deputy Michael Gulla, EMT Paul Coffey, and an ambulance with paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Timberledge Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:13 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Deputies Alan Greendale and Michael Gulla, Firefighters Tom Lamont and Brendan Malone, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Sunday, June 2

12:38 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Wingate Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:45 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Anna Place. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

5:11 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Captains John Gagnon and Firefighter Tom Lamont, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:03 PM: Investigation – Deputy Alan Greendale, Weekend Duty Officer Captain John Gagnon, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.

11:35 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dean Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

10:26 AM: Mutual Aid – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley responded mutual aid to Sherborn for a fire on Oldfield Drive, and served as the accountability officer as part of the incident management team.

11:26 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mohawk Path. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:33 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Robert Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

6:48 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Garett Way.

7:55 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a water problem on Foxwood Cove. The response was canceled prior to arrival.

10:31 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 investigated an odor on Dorset Road.
