Michael Fair

Michael Allan Fair passed away after a brief illness on June 7, 2024. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Janet (Intinarelli) Fair and the late Robert Fair.

Michael loved his family and spending time with them.  He was an avid fisherman and loved to grow vegetables in his large garden and would use some of his produce for pickling and canning. Michael worked for many years in construction and masonry. He attended Holliston public schools and he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Regis University, a Jesuit Catholic University in Denver, Colorado.  He was baptized at St. Stephen Parish in Framingham and received his first holy communion and confirmation at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Holliston.

Besides his mother, Michael is survived by his sister, Catherine Porcello and his brother, Matthew Fair, both of Holliston.  He also has many beloved nieces and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.  He is predeceased by his father Robert Fair, his brothers, Martin and Mitchell Fair, and his brother-in-law, James Porcello.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston. Burial will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Holliston.   1. May my cousin Michael, may he rest in peace. I didn’t really see him too much but when I did the last time I remember was that a gathering and my husband met him and he made us laugh, he had a great personality and a very kind heart. My condolences go out to the family, I am so very sorry.
