Robert Daniel Harper, Sr. and Loretta Ann (Charles) Harper

Robert Daniel Harper, Sr. of Port Charlotte, FL passed away peacefully on June 4, 2022, at the age of 92, surrounded by his loved ones. Robert was predeceased by his beloved wife Loretta Ann (Charles) Harper who passed away peacefully on October 3, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service for both Bob and Lorrie at the Lake Grove Cemetery of Holliston on August 13th at 11:00am followed by a reception at The Medway VFW,

Select Board Votes to Improve Traffic Safety

The Holliston Select Board convened for its weekly meeting on Monday, June 27, 2022. Chair Ben Sparrell called the meeting to order at 7:00pm to attend to what he called a “robust” agenda. Findings and recommendations related to two engineering studies were on the docket.

Holliston History – Abner Morse Begins the Record

History is made every day. Most of it doesn’t land in the archives; nevertheless, history is constantly happening – even here in Holliston. Now that Holliston is approaching the 300th anniversary – our tricentennial – in 2024, looking at our history takes on a new sense of urgency to record what Holliston looks like today.

10 from Holliston to Ride in Pan-Mass Challenge for Dana-Farber

On Aug. 6 and 7, more than 6,000 riders, including ten riders from Holliston, will pedal in the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), a bike-a-thon with one and two-day routes from 25 to 210 miles, with the goal of topping last year’s record-breaking gift and raising $66 million for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Dana-Farber).
