William (“Bill”) Joseph Meehan Jr., 91, a resident of Holliston for sixty-five years, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 9th at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Mary’s Church of Holliston, MA.
Kathleen D. Smith, 77, of Holliston, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 10th at 11:00
Mostly ambulance calls during this reporting period with crews carrying patients to Worcester, Needham, and Boston – along with Milford and Framingham.
The Holliston American Legion will hold its annual 9/11 Awards Ceremony on Sunday, September 12th, 10AM at the Senior Center, 150 Goulding Street, Holliston. The ceremony recognizes members of Holliston’s police, fire, and EMS departments who have gone above and beyond in their service to the community.
eptember is here (already!) but the good news is that means a new membership year for Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors. HNN is a not-for-profit civic and social organization that brings friends & neighbors from Holliston and the surrounding communities together to give back and have some fun!
Holliston Public Schools will be participating in the National School Lunch Program. As part of this program, Holliston Public Schools will offer healthy meals every school day. For the 2021 – 2022 school year each child will be eligible for one free lunch each school day these meals are offered.
A holiday week has municipal offices closed Monday and Schools closed Tuesday. Trash / recycling pickup delayed one day all week.
