The last agenda item was the big ticket on Monday’s Select Board meeting. The Board selected Travis Ahern (pending successful employment agreement negotiations) as our next Town Administrator.
As you know, a large part of our reopening strategy hinges on the ability of the state to rapidly and easily test large numbers of residents for COVID-19 to ensure that anyone who may be exposed to the virus can be identified and take precautions as soon as possible.
Thursday is the last day of school for this academic year – watch for children out playing. There is a full week of meetings on tap – including the new Town Administrator appointment at Tonight’s Select Board meeting.

On Friday at noon members of the Holliston Pride Committee were joined by many allies to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Pride month and the 51st anniversary of the Stonewall Inn riots.
