ob Christensen will participate as a Walk Hero for the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. Heroes are matched with Jimmy Fund Walk teams to give participants an opportunity to connect with patients. Bob was diagnosed with colon cancer and is matched with Milford DFCI.
“I am so grateful for the compassion and care I have received at Dana-Farber Milford,” Bob writes. “Keeping a positive attitude and following the guidance of my health care team has made a big difference to me.”

In the sixth grade Warren Griffin moved from West Roxbury to Natick, and in 1975 to Holliston. At the height of the Vietnam War, Griffin informed his father that his college career was ending as he had signed up for the U.S. Marines.
