In the coming weeks, we will be speaking more about what a reopening plan will look like for Massachusetts. Recent numbers are improving with hospitalizations down by 10% in the last week, and only 14.4% of tests coming back positive. But we’re aware that these numbers could change quickly if we don’t proceed carefully.
Twenty-four Holliston properties closed in April. The first twelve are listed here. The remainder of the transactions and year-to-year comparison will be published on May 22, 2020.
As we prepare for the eventual reopening of the economy and the relaxation of some of the current public health restrictions, it will be important to focus on testing and contact tracing.
Earl E. King, 77, of Holliston, passed away Friday, May 1, 2020 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

With the community now in COVID 19 mode, and some residents experiencing the strains of limited resources, loss of employment, and increased health issues, the Pantry Shelf is experiencing unprecedented requests for assistance.

Physical distancing and the stay at home advisory has made it challenging to feel connected to each other and to our community. Alzada Emily (Rogers) Berini, 93, passed away May 3, 2020 at Oak Knoll Health Care Center, Framingham, following a period of declining health.
The ambulance crews assisted several residents during this reporting period. The fire department dealt with some faulty fire alarms.
