Fire / EMS Log for Week of March 13 – 19, 2020
Holliston Fire battled a three-alarm fire at Electronic Recyclers International for nearly 12 hours. HFD’s biggest fire since August 8, 1984. No firefighters were injured in the battle.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on Food pantries and individuals combined with the logistics involved – Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors regrets to announce that the Holliston Pantry Shelf Easter Basket effort has been cancelled.
Select Board Receives COVID-19 Update and Conducts Other Town Business
The Board met with Chief Michael Cassidy and Health Director Scott Moles to get a briefing on the COVID-19 impact / plans in Holliston.
First Confirmed Case of COVID-19 In Holliston
At a March 23 meeting of the Select Board, Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director Michael Cassidy confirmed the first positive case of COVID-19 in the community.

While the Coronavirus epidemic forced the Holliston Pantry Shelf to close its doors to the public, we are proud to announce that with the support of our generous community, we delivered groceries to close to 100 homes last week alone.
