From Keeley Krantz
We are now entering our 4th week of delivering groceries to our neighbors in need, and each week we have experienced an increased need for our assistance.
Thanks to an outpouring of support from the community with both food and financial donations via our website, as well as the dedicated service of volunteers, The Holliston Pantry Shelf continues to be able to serve our community during this difficult time.
We wish to thank all those community members that donated, as well as our hardworking volunteers who spend countless hours filling grocery bags and delivering to the doorstep of our shoppers.
In addition to their grocery delivery this week Holliston Pantry Shelf patrons will receive cute Easter and Spring cards crafted by Willowgate Rise and Dalton road neighborhood children.
And, The Candy Cottage, along with some anonymous donors, donated a chocolate bunny for each delivery this week.
We encourage anyone who needs help with grocery needs during this time, regardless of whether they are registered with the Pantry, to simply email info@hollistonpantryshelf.org or call M-F between 10 – 1 pm 508.429.5392 and we will schedule delivery of groceries to your home.
We encourage food donors to check our website www.hollistonpantryshelf.org for the most current list of items we need most. Financial donations can be made through our website as well.
We are exceptionally grateful for the support we have received from our community, and we want to offer our deep gratitude and thanks to the generous, caring, and compassionate community of Holliston.
