Paul Grady

Paul Michael Grady, 79, of Holliston, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Born in Holliston, he was the son of the late Ada (Macuen) and William Grady. He was the husband of 53 years to Ellen “Joy” (Wilson) Grady of Holliston.

Paul worked for Natick labs for over 20 years, retiring in 1997. Though he took on several part time jobs afterwards he used nearly all of his free time taking his girls to Fiskes, the lake and anywhere else they sweet talked him into and then doing the same for his grandkids. He ran the Boston Marathon in 1985. The most important thing in Paul’s life was his family. He loved his wife and the life they built together. He adored his four daughters and was proud of the women they became. His grandchildren brought him so much happiness, and he loved spending time with them. His family was always his greatest joy.

In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by four daughters, Jennifer Grady and her husband, Michael Lydon, of Milford, Elizabeth Grady-Harper and her husband, Scott, of Milford, Mary Lentini of Grafton, and Margaret Hendron and her husband, Chris, of Milford. He also leaves behind his brother, Bill Grady and his wife, Linda, of Maine, and 8 grandchildren, Abby and Will Lydon, Ealasaid and Isa Grady Harper, Stella and Fiona Lentini, Jack and Lou Hendron.

Private family services are being held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Project Just Because, https://www.projectjustbecause.org/ where Joy has volunteered for many years. Arrangements are under the care of the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
