The Holliston School Committee met on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 in the Holliston High School
Library to discuss:
● Interview the Interim Director of Student Services candidate
● Superintendent Merit Raise
● Superintendent Search
Due to a scheduling conflict, the meeting was not broadcasted by HCAT. The meeting was
recorded and will be posted to the Holliston Public Schools website.
The first item on the agenda was an interview with Barbara Cataldo, the final candidate for the
Interim Director of Student Services position. Dr. Cataldo answered questions from the school
committee and shared her experience as a special education teacher, Director of Special
Education, Superintendent of Schools in Milford and Cohasset, and, most recently, Interim
Director of Student Services for Hingham Public Schools. Following the interview, the school
committee voted 7-0 in favor of offering Dr. Cataldo the position of Interim Director of Student
Services. Public comment was available, but no public comments were made during the
meeting.
After a brief executive session, the school committee voted to approve no merit raise for
Superintendent Dr. Susan Kustka for the 2025-2026 school year, and voted to appoint Frank
Ogura and Hilary Bresnahan as liaisons for the requests for proposals to seek a search firm.
