Shirley Anne Hopkins, 92, of Franklin and formerly of Holliston, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. Born in Natick, she was the daughter of the late Eva (Chamberlain) and George Kent. She was the wife of 68 years to the late Robert C. Hopkins.
Shirley was an avid bowler and was once on Candlepins for Cash. She loved gardening and especially loved time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by two sons, Randy Hopkins and his wife, Mary Ann, of Mendon and Garry Hopkins and his wife, Karla, of Hopedale. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, Brian and his wife, Sarah, Jason and his wife, Christy, Kimberly and Jill Hopkins, and five great-grandchildren, Owen, Elsie, Bodie, Everett, and Lily. She is predeceased by her sister, Carol Perkins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th from 9:30-11:00 at Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com A funeral home service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Wellesley.
