Nell Valle, Holliston High School alumna (2017), will have her mural featured this fall in Boston Chinatown on the windows of the Liuyishou Hotpot, 702 Washington Street, as a part of the “Experience Chinatown Arts Festival 2022.”   Valle’s will be among several murals and installations on view from August 26 to October 28, 2022.  The festival will feature additional free exhibits and performances.  Nell said, “I hope people can make it out. It’s a wonderful festival each year!”

Nell, a graduate of MassArt Illustration 2021, is currently attending Lesley University for a Master’s degree in Art Education.  The Boston illustrator was excited to share the Chinatown event with the Holliston community.

“I am no longer living in Holliston… I am a Boston-based artist now. My work centers around whimsical, cute animals, and making people happy. I’m a freelance illustrator always looking for projects,” writes Nell.  You can check out Nell’s work at these links:

Nell added, “I’m thankful for friends, teachers, and loved ones who always cheered me on. Shout out to Holliston High School’s Mr. Lack and my loved-ones Raphael, Aamarys, Kathryn, Janet, and Arthur.”
