It has been brought to my attention that an incident occurred late on Thursday night, involving a breaking and entering at MASS Firearms School (MFS) in Holliston. The Holliston Police Department (HPD) issued a Press Release on 10/31/2025. We are fortunate in Holliston to have two full-time School Resource Officers (SROs) on our school campuses, who regularly work with us to promote a safe and supportive environment for students.
I have been in contact with HPD, and I was notified that additional officers were patrolling the streets on Halloween, out of additional caution. This incident is being investigated by HPD, and they are being assisted by the MA State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). If there is more information that becomes available through our working relationship with HPD and that I am able to share, I will update the community as needed.
Student safety is of the utmost importance to everyone at Holliston Public Schools!
