A relatively quiet week for Holliston’s bravest.

A quieter week for the Firefighters and the ambulance crews traveled east and west transporting patients.
Holliston Fire battled a three-alarm fire at Electronic Recyclers International for nearly 12 hours. HFD’s biggest fire since August 8, 1984. No firefighters were injured in the battle.
Holliston Police and Fire responded to a house fire early Sunday March 8th, rescuing two residents.
On Monday, March 16, the Select Board declared a State of Emergency in Holliston to support the community’s response to the outbreak of Coronavirus.
Several residents were transported to area hospitals by HFD for treatment of medical emergencies during this reporting period.
Our firefighters / EMT’s responded to a variety of calls during this reporting period.
The ambulance crews were out and about throughout this reporting period.
It was a blustery day on Friday February 7th that had the HFD dealing with trees / wires.
