The Farmers’ Market at Blair Square will hold a Biggest Tomato Contest this Sunday, September 5th.
Envisioning Future Holliston Completes Its Leadership and Plans Next Steps
Envisioning Future Holliston – aka the Comprehensive Long-range Planning Committee (CLRPC) met recently to continue to flesh out its leadership, focus, and next steps. Chair Stacey Raffi convened the in-person session in Room 105 of Town Hall at 6:00pm. Fortunately, not all seventeen members could attend so the available space allowed for some distancing.
West Nile Virus Found in Nearby Towns
The following cities and towns had West Nile Virus positive mosquito sample(s): Attleboro, Medway, Sharon, and Westwood.
East Holliston Visual Improvement – 22 Years in The Making
The Town’s 1999 Master Plan cited the East Holliston Commercial District as the eastern “gateway” into town. Under the heading of Town and Village Centers – the plan suggested “Improve the visual appeal of the East Holliston Commercial district by identifying places for additional landscaping.”
