School Committee – May 21, 2020
Chair Stacey Raffi called this week’s School Committee meeting to order at 7:21 PM on Thursday, (following an Executive Session). Among items on this evening’s agenda were public comments, a COVID19 update, and user fee refunds.

I hope we can all take some time this weekend to remember those who have sacrificed for our country as we celebrate the Memorial Day holiday. As parts of our Commonwealth begin to reopen and more businesses are slated to reopen next Monday, I want to begin today’s newsletter by talking a little about where we are as a Commonwealth.
Where Are They?
For 11 years, we’ve seen St. Mary’s Knights of Columbus downtown and at nearby grocery stores selling their annual charity raffle tickets to help local and national organizations. But there’s a problem this year.
