As we are all living through interesting times, it is a good time to reflect on the impact the athletes from The Class of 2020 had on Holliston High School. Beginning with EEE and ending with Covid19, it was certainly an interesting year.

Chair Stacey Raffi called this week’s School Committee meeting to order at 7:21 PM on Thursday, (following an Executive Session). Among items on this evening’s agenda were public comments, a COVID19 update, and user fee refunds.
While the Memorial Day observance will be different this year, showing that we remember the ultimate sacrifice by so many is something we can all do – while staying safer at home.

I hope we can all take some time this weekend to remember those who have sacrificed for our country as we celebrate the Memorial Day holiday. My office will be taking some time to reflect and reconnect with family and we’ll look forward to being back in touch with the next issue of the newsletter on Tuesday.
As parts of our Commonwealth begin to reopen and more businesses are slated to reopen next Monday, I want to begin today’s newsletter by talking a little about where we are as a Commonwealth.
For 11 years, we’ve seen St. Mary’s Knights of Columbus downtown and at nearby grocery stores selling their annual charity raffle tickets to help local and national organizations. But there’s a problem this year.
