On Monday, October 11, Holliston’s Rail Trail was the site of the Virtual Boston Marathon 2021 for Tim’s Team. Team members Jaime Murphy, Joanne O’Connell, and Claire Picard successfully completed 26.2 miles in one of the prettiest areas of Holliston. Because team member Don Quindley sustained an injury while training, he was unable to run.
On Saturday, October 9, 2021 the Saint Mary’s Council of the Knights of Columbus held the prize drawing for their 13th annual charity raffle. With this year’s raffle proceeds which are earmarked for donation, the Council has passed the one quarter of a million dollars in TOTAL donations since beginning their fundraising efforts in 2003.

The American Legion’s Downtown Marigold Project recently deployed 360 chrysanthemum plants around town. The aim of this fall endeavor is to maintain color along the heavily traveled routes in town.
