Massachusetts continues to build infrastructure and increase availability of the COVID-19 vaccine for residents. According to the CDC, MA now ranks 11th in the U.S. in doses administered per 100,000 residents, and the state Department of Public Health reports that, as of March 4th, 17.2% of Middlesex County residents and 16.2% of Worcester County residents have received at least their first dose of the vaccine.

From a distance, the snow-covered shrubs in my backyard look like puffy marshmallows. And the snow on top of the deck railing looks like someone has piped a frilly border of whipped cream. From a distance the icicles at the roof’s edge look like jagged dragon’s teeth and the ice encrusted branches on the tree sparkle like diamonds in the sun.

School Committee Meets
Chair Stacey Raffi opened the remote School Committee (SC) meeting on Thursday, March 4, at 7:03 PM. Immediately thereafter, Raffi asked that members observe a moment of silence as requested by Superintendent Dr. Susan Kustka for the many friends and relatives of the Holliston school community who have experienced a loss due to COVID.
Library Trustees Hear of Library Improvements
The Library Trustees met remotely on Wednesday evening, March 3, 2021, at 7 PM.
Also, a sneak peak at the Library’s new interior paint job and some future outside repair work.

EMASS Senior Softball League Opens Registration for 2021 Season
