4:40 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:43 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Bald Hill Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Saturday, January 10

5:56 AM: Medical – The ambulance and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:06 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Robert Road. No EMS was required.

11:27 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

2:19 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

1:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:46 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Weekend Duty Officers Lieutenant Michael Quintin and Firefighter Derick Valovcin, and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. The individuals refused transport; five signed waivers were obtained.

3:26 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Michael Quintin and Firefighter Derick Valovcin, Rescue 1, and Engines 3 and 4 investigated an odor on Gorwin Drive.

4:24 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Stony Brook Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:38 AM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Engine 1, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. An individual was transported to a landing zone on Chestnut Street in Ashland that had been secured by Ashland Fire. Patient care was transferred to the crew of Boston MedFlight for air medical transport to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, in Worcester.

1:25 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

1:55 PM: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:54 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an arcing wire on Central Street. Eversource Electric was notified and responded.

3:52 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Mill Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

4:13 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a spill on Concord Street

10:23 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance investigated an alarm malfunction on Gorwin Drive. An individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Tuesday, January 13

8:11 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Water Street.

8:20 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:53 AM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, EMT Sarah O’Connell, and an ambulance from Coastal Ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. The individuals refused transport; five signed waivers were obtained.

12:06 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 investigated an odor on Bartzak Drive. Eversource Gas was notified and responded. 

1:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Green Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

8:08 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and Engine 2 investigated an alarm activation on Church Street. 

10:06 AM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and a paramedic mentor from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:25 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Hill Street.

1:53 PM: Lockout – Chief Michael Cassidy assisted a resident with a lockout on Mechanic Street.

11:18 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 3 investigated an alarm malfunction on Kuniholm Drive.

11:36 PM: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Appleyard Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

12:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:22 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 2 investigated an alarm malfunction on Woodland Street.

4:13 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
