9:38 AM: Investigation – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley investigated an alarm malfunction on Hemlock Drive.

10:42 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Jerrold Street.

1:11 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cross Street. An individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:13 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, October 5

9:52 AM: Mutual Aid – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 provided mutual aid to the Town of Sherborn; providing coverage during their 350th Parade.

2:12 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a well-being check on Lake Shore Drive. No EMS was required.

2:27 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on North Mill Street. A resident was transported to Boston Children’s Hospital. 

5:44 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Summer Street.

7:42 PM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Michael Gulla investigated unauthorized burning on Jerrold Street. The resident was advised of the open burning regulations.

7:$7 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on South Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:40 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

6:53 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency on Bullard Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:16 AM: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
