Friday, May 17

4:32 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Water Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:56 AM: Lockout – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Alan Greendale, and Engine 3 responded to a lockout on High Street.

2:38 PM: Spill – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, Rescue 1 and Engine 4 responded to a spill on Prentice Street. After initial mitigation actions by the department on both Prentice Street and Marshall Street, environmental cleanup was conducted by Clean Harbors. MassDEP was notified. 

7:04 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

Saturday, May 18

8:39 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, the ambulance, and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:35 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale investigated an electrical hazard on Washington Street. Eversource Electric was notified.

10:56 AM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:40 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Alan Greendale, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 4 investigated an alarm activation on Boynton Road. 

1:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:37 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:42 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Shaw Farm Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

Monday, May 20

6:58 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cranberry Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:40 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hanlon Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:27 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, and Engine 2 investigated an odor on Washington Street.

Tuesday, May 21

2:44 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

2:46 PM: Motor Vehicle Crash – Assistant Chief Brian Kelley, Deputy Alan Greendale, and the backup ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Summer Street. The individual refused transport; a signed refusal was obtained.

4:23 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Maple Dell Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:26 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

11:35 PM: Medical Alarm – The ambulance responded to medical alarm on Robin Hill Road. The alarm activation was unintentional. 

Wednesday, May 22

7:29 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Ladder 1, and Engines 2 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Hopping Brook Road.

2:32 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm malfunction on Cold Spring Road.

6:28 PM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

11:03 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 4 investigated an alarm activation on Underwood Street.

Thursday, May 23

1:53 AM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 3 investigated an alarm malfunction on Brooksmont Drive.

8:08 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dorset Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:50 AM: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:26 PM: Medical – Assistant Chief Brian Kellley, the ambulance and paramedics from Millis Fire responded to a medical emergency on Fiske Street. An individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center.

6:08 PM: Medical – Engine 4 responded mutual aid to Medway for an investigation on Kingson Lane. The response was canceled prior to arrival.
